Days of Korean Culture were held in Vologda.

The Days of Korean Culture in Vologda were held at the initiative of the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in St.Petersburg that was proud to present for the first time Days of Korean culture in the Vologda Oblast.

Consul General of the Republic of Korea in St Petersburg Lee Jin Hyun and Deputy Governor of the Vologda Oblast Government Oleg Vasiliev opened the cultural program of the Days of Korean Culture.

This festival aimed to promote Korean culture and to build stronger ties with institutions and people of our two countries.

Vologda’s audience was able to enjoy traditional and popular Korean music and dances, to catch a glimpse of the world of art. The program also included a photo exhibition and a demonstration of a Korean film that was shown in original language with Russian subtitles.
