Chinese companies are interested in further business development in Vologda Region.

Last weekend, the Vologda Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a meeting between representatives of the Vologda business community and the Chinese business mission.
On the agenda were projects concerning the supply of cardboard products, dairy products, milk powder, processed products from livestock and poultry farms, and wood products to China.
According to the leader of the Chinese business mission, President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Mechanical and Electrical Industry of the Suzhou High-Tech Zone, his task is to create a model of Russian-Chinese relations in the Vologda Region. Therefore, he is ready to accept any ideas that the Vologda business circles will put forward and assist in their implementation.
The head of the Chinese business mission added that the Chinese party is interested in dairy products and timber. As for China, the country is ready to supply equipment to the Vologda Region.
The authorities of the Vologda Region will continue to work with the Chinese entrepreneurs. If necessary, the deputies of the Vologda Legislative Assembly will provide legislative support to business, minimize the administrative barriers that arise, and provide a "green corridor" for Chinese investors. The next meeting with representatives of the Chinese business community will be held in June.
