Black caviar from Kadui, Vologda Region has been exported to Vietnam.

Black caviar is one of the most expensive food products in the world. The Vologda Region produces black caviar at the only enterprise, Diana, which is a part of the Russian Caviar House group of companies.
Russia's largest company for raising sturgeon in a hatchery and harvesting black caviar is located in Kadui. The waterways' advantageous location next to the local hydroelectric station that provides hot water allows this thermophilic precious breed of fish to be raised all-year round.
The Vologda Region exported 686 cans (over 31 kg) of sturgeon caviar to Vietnam. The product meets all the veterinary requirements of the recipient country.
Since the beginning of the year, 139 kg of sturgeon caviar has been exported from the Vologda Region to four Asian countries (Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea and Turkey). Last year, 68.3 kg of caviar was exported to Vietnam, Korea, Serbia and Oman.
