The Russian Wood, exhibition for innovation technologies to be applied in the timber industry, in production of technological equipment for forestry and manufacture of wood and wood-working articles, will start its work in Vologda on December 5, 2018.
“Rendezvous with Russia”, an international film festival, will be opened on December 7-9 in the Vologda Region, featuring around 30 Russian and foreign films, documentaries and animated movies. The festival hopes to boost tourism in the region, hosting round table discussions to debate the future of the local tourist industry.
