Vologda Ice-cream company annually produces 30 thousand tons of most delicious ice cream. Chocolate ice, ice cream in small waffle briquettes, ice cream with waffle cups, fruity ice-cream - 250 types all in all are produced by the Vologda Ice-Cream.
Taste and quality of Vologda’s ice-cream is first of all determined by quality of raw materials - milk, cream and butter. The Vologda Ice-Cream cooperates with local farmers who can guarantee sustained high quality of milk and dairy products.
The Russian delicacy is exported to Israel on a regular basis. In total, 37,2 tons of Vologda's ice-cream have been exported to Israel this year.
