1st International innovation forum Innovologda 2016 kicked off in Vologda today.

The three –day duration forum will bring together over a thousand top leaders from industry, academia and government and mixing them with early stage ventures investors and researchers from Russia and foreign states aiming to discuss the latest trends in innovation, design, creativity, R&D and new product development.

The programme of the forum includes exhibitions, workshops and round-table discussions. The forum is centered on innovation in deep technology industries, with a particular focus on alternative energy sources and solutions for energy saving, robotics, brain-computer interface, new technologies in construction, and innovations in the transport sector.
