Powers and Duties

Yuri Lilein pepresents the interests of the Governor of the region and the Vologda Region Government in the federal executive authorities located in the city of St. Petersburg.

Mr. Lilein coordinates the work in the following areas:

interaction of the Governor of the region and the Government of the region with the federal executive authorities located in the city of St. Petersburg;
organization of effective interaction of regional executive authorities with federal executive authorities located in the city of St. Petersburg concerning the implementation of state programs;
submission of draft regulatory legal acts, the adoption of which is within the competence of the federal executive authorities located in the city of St. Petersburg;
informing the Governor of the region and the Government of the region about decisions and activities of the federal executive authorities located in the city of St. Petersburg, affecting the interests of the region;
participation in conciliation procedures and work of coordinating and advisory bodies established by federal executive authorities located in the city of St. Petersburg on issues affecting the interests of the region.
