Powers and Duties

Yevgeny Tyutyukov coordinates the work of the executive bodies and local government divisions and issues instructions in the following areas:

- activities of the Vologda Region Governor and the Government of the region, the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Vologda Region, the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Vologda Region, the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of entrepreneurs in the Vologda Region;

- interaction with public associations, including political parties, other institutions of civil society, as well as the implementation of state national policy.

The First Deputy Governor ensures coordination of the activities of the executive bodies of the region with other state authorities of the region and, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, organizes the interaction of the executive bodies of the region with federal executive bodies and their territorial bodies, local self-government bodies, and other bodies that are part of the unified system of public authority in the Russian Federation.
