German Ryabinkin

Head of Vologda Oblast Representative Office in RF President's Administration and RF Government, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Governor and the Vologda Region Government

Powers and Duties

German Ryabinkin represents the interests of the Governor of the region and the Vologda Region Government in the federal executive authorities located in the city of Moscow.

Mr. Ryabinkin coordinates the work in the following areas:

ensuring interaction of the Governor of the region, the Government of the region, the executive bodies of the region with the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation;
representing the interests of the Governor of the region, the Government of the region and the executive bodies of the region in the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, and state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation located in Moscow;
ensuring the effective work of the Vologda Region Governor and the local government in Moscow;
formation of a positive image and investment attractiveness of the region, expansion of business relations in the interests of the Vologda Region.

German Ryabinkin heads the Vologda Region Representative Office under the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation.
