Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev arrived in Vologda.

On July 8th, following instructions issued by Russia’s President Vladimir Putin, Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev came to Vologda to hold a meeting of the Security Council.
The meeting of the Russian Security Council in Russia’s North-West was devoted to the Safe City concept that enables solution of transport security issues.
