Oleg Kuvshinnikov to be inaugurated on September 23.

Oleg Kuvshinnikov, who has won Vologda’s gubernatorial election, is to be sworn in as the region’s Governor in 20 days following the election, on September 23rd, according to the Charter of the Vologda Oblast.

Acting Governor of the Vologda Region won the gubernatorial election in the Vologda Oblast with 62,98 percent of the ballot after 100% of votes have been counted.
