Victory Train celebrating victory in the Great Patriotic War is to arrive in Vologda and Cherepovets.

The Victory Train, an immersive museum of the Great Patriotic War consisting of eight railcars, will arrive in Vologda and Cherepovets. This unique historical museum keeps the memory of those who defended our country during the Great Patriotic War.

In the eight cars of the train, visitors can see the peaceful life just before the start of the war, the life in the besieged Leningrad, and important events of the Great Patriotic War. Each car contains an exhibition dedicated to a certain period or topic.

Such projects as the Victory Train help people feel the atmosphere of those far-off years and see the war the way its contemporaries saw it.

The museum train celebrating victory in the Great Patriotic War will be traveling throughout Russia. It will arrive in the Vologda Region for the third time. It will stay in Vologda on June 3-5, and in Cherepovets - on June 6-8.
