Four Russian regions (Vologda among them) signed a cooperation agreement.

Within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, four Russian Regions (Vologda, Arkhangelsk, Leningrad and Karelia Republic) signed a cooperation agreement with participation of the RF Ministry of Industry.
The document will help to coordinate the activities of the regions in terms of providing raw materials for forestry enterprises.
Vologda, Arkhangelsk, Leningrad oblasts and Republic of Karelia agreed to share information on harvesting and processing of wood, to hold meetings and round tables with representatives of forestry enterprises and to help establish direct contacts between them. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will coordinate the interaction between the regions.
