Ded Moroz will receive his birthday congratulations on 18 November in his home city of Veliky Ustyug and then will set off on his traditional New Year trip.

The celebration will take place at Ded Moroz' Votchina, a few miles outside Veliky Ustyug. Festive performances, fireworks, sport events and concerts are part of the program. On this special occasion Ded Moroz will welcome his friends - holiday-season miracle-makers, wonderland creatures and helpers from Russia, CIS countries and foreign states. Of course, children from all parts of Russia will be there too.
