Overview

The Ministry of Landscaping, Maintenance of Territories and State Housing Supervision is an authorized agency of the executive power of the Vologda Oblast.

Ministry of Landscaping, Maintenance of Territories and State Housing Supervision within its competence exercises the following authorities and functions:

• supervises the utilization and preservation of the state residential properties in the Vologda Oblast irrespective of the form of ownership;
• supervises the compliance of residential properties to the stated sanitary and technical rules and other legislative demands;
• studies administrative offence cases and order as provided for in the RF legislation on administrative offence;
• issues fines;
• draws criminal charges for the penal crimes observed during its inspections and controls.
