Overview

Within its competence, the Ministry of Social Protection of the Population performs the following functions:

• social care management;
• management of social care provision;
• management of social service for people in difficult situations, including children, elderly people, disabled people;
• management of life activity support for disabled people;
• management of children's rest and health-improving facilities;
• management of social support for certain categories of population.
