Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on October 20th introducing a period of non-working days in Russia from October 30th to November 7th. The period of non-working days will be introduced due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is of paramount importance to stem virus spread. The President said that employees’ salaries should be paid during the nationwide non-working week.
The ice rink in Vologda will be built by mid-2022. The construction readiness is more than 70%. The complex, with its stands for 788 seats, will include an artificial ice rink measuring 28 by 60 meters, changing rooms, trainers’ rooms, fitness facilities and other technical and utility areas.
Students of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration were the first to get acquainted with Oleg Kuvshinnikov's autobiographical book "How to Become/Be a Governor and Stay Alive ". Mr. Kuvshinnikov briefed on his experience of management of the region and told about the book. Oleg Kuvshinnikov is a graduate of the Academy - he graduated from it in 2005 (faculty of management and international business).
