Dmitry Patrushev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and Oksana Lut, Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, were among the first to visit the exhibition. Georgy Filimonov, Governor of the Vologda Region, introduced the guests to the achievements of the region.

The 2025 Golden Autumn Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition is held on October 8-11, 2025, at the Timiryazev Exhibition Center in Moscow, marking the 27th edition of the event.

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month, exhibition halls and galleries are free of charge in the Vologda Region. The museum admission is free for Vologda’s schoolchildren and students and residents of the region. Entry to the permanent collections of the Vologda State Museum-Preserve and Vologda Picture Gallery is free; while charges may apply for special exhibitions.

From January 1 to September 30 of 2025, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) monitored the export of more than one million cubic meters of timber products from the Vologda Region.

The opening of the International Forest Forum and Exhibition Russian Forest is scheduled for December 5. The business events will be held in the Russky Dom exhibition complex and in the buildings of the Vologda Region Government.
