According to Vologda Region Governor Georgy Filimonov, the enterprises of the Vologda Region and Belarusian companies started to implement agreements concluded at the Vologda Region Days in the Republic of Belarus, which took place in August.

"This year, we have increased export volumes by 38%. As a result, we have provided the region with the status of one of the best exporters of the North-West of Russia. Companies from the Vologda Region are constantly expanding into international markets. RF President Vladimir Putin set the goal to increase Russia's non-resource, non-energy exports by two-thirds by 2030, compared to their 2023 level, as part of the International Cooperation and Export national project. The region continues to fulfill this task," said Georgy Filimonov, Governor of the Vologda Region.
