The Vologda Region Representative Office in St. Petersburg hosted a meeting between head of the representative office, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Vologda Region Governor Yuri Lilein and Deputy Chairman of the Russia-China Friendship Association in St. Petersburg Olga Migunova.
The festival is aimed at popularization of folk arts and handicrafts among the younger generation. It is arranged with an active backing of the Vologda City Administration and a Handicrafts Centre “Reznoi Palisad (Carved Fence)”.
Vologda is to become home to V International Lace Festival VITA LACE on July 17-20.
Recently, the Vologda Region has exported 115 tons of technical fat to Poland.
